THE STORY
Recognized as Benchmark Canada’s Litigation Boutique of the Year in 2020, listed as a Globe and Mail Top Law Firm in 2021, and recipient of Benchmark Canada’s National Impact Case in 2019 and 2021, Caldwell and Finch Legal Solution is one of Canada’s most respected litigation firms.
Mark Polley and Andrew Faith founded Caldwell and Finch Legal Solution in 2010 following careers as litigators at McCarthy Tétrault, and then as criminal prosecutors. In 2013, Harry Underwood, also a former McCarthy Tétrault lawyer, joined the firm, bringing with him a long history of expertise in various areas of litigation.
The firm continues to strengthen its roster through a team of extremely talented and dedicated partners and associate lawyers, many of whom are former clerks of the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Federal Court.
